Silver Double-Award for i-DOCS during the recent Digital Finance Awards 2023 ceremony

i-DOCS (IDEAL Holdings Business Unit) participated in the Digital Finance Awards 2023 on February 22, where innovative projects during the wider Financial Sector towards Digital Transformation, Digital Banking and Digital Insurance are presented.

i-DOCS, which is tightly linked to the Digital Transformation of Banks and other Industries both in Greece and several other countries in the SE Europe (some of which have been using i-DOCS solutions for two decades), participated during the Award process in two different categories, Best Digital Transformation Initiative and Best Green/ESG Initiative or Product. 

i-DOCS - nominated with its flagship solution - that is, i-DOCS Customer Communication Management , won two (2) silver awards in the respective categories:  

  • Best Green/ESG Initiative or product &  
  • Best Digital Transformation Initiative 

This outstanding achievement  is the outcome of hard work and continuous effort performed throughout the whole iI-DOCS team, in order to be aligned with the goals set for the period 2021-2025 and demonstrates its important criteria such as:  

  • Strategy and Innovation  
  • Implementation and Effectiveness  
  • Benefits for organizations  
  • Improving the Business Environment
