IDEAL Holdings is proud to celebrate its Executive Chairman, Lampros Papakonstantinou, who recently participated in the INSEAD Alumni Association Greece’s INSEAD Coffee Stories event on 13 July, sharing his leadership journey and professional experience.
The discussion reflected on the milestones, challenges, partnerships and decisions that shaped his career, including the creation of P&K Brokerage, co-founded with fellow INSEAD alumnus Achilleas Kontogouris. Built on trust, a shared vision and entrepreneurial spirit, P&K became one of the most influential names in the Greek capital markets during the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Lampros Papakonstantinou has since continued to contribute to the Greek business and investment landscape through leadership roles in finance and entrepreneurial ventures, combining market expertise with a long-term institutional perspective.
Over the past five years, as Executive Chairman of IDEAL Holdings, he has led the company's transformation into a unique listed investment vehicle, operating with a private equity philosophy by identifying opportunities, partnering with management teams and creating long-term value through active ownership.
