Mr. Panos Vassiliadis, CEO of IDEAL Holdings, participated as a panel speaker at the CEO Clubs Greece Forum | “The Multiplier Effect: How Greek CEOs Can 10x Impact”.
He joined the panel discussion titled “Capital Multipliers: Where CEOs Should Place Their Bets”, alongside distinguished business leaders and industry executives, exploring how Greek CEOs are making strategic capital allocation decisions in M&A, technology infrastructure, geographic expansion, and capability building.
The discussion highlighted which strategic investments can create step-change returns and how Greek CEOs can achieve a 10x multiplier effect.
Among other topics, Panos spoke about the limits of organic growth, especially in a small and fragmented market such as Greece, as well as the main reasons why many acquisitions fail to deliver the value projected on paper.
